At Blitz Surf Shop, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
